TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RIVERSIDE SWIM SCHOOL

• Full payment is required to secure your Childs slot, with no refunds offered for sickness, holidays or cancellations by the client.
• Children with contagious illnesses should not attend.
• Long hair must be tied back or capped.
• Parents must supervise children on the premises, particularly in the changing rooms. 
• Parents must remain on-site during lessons.
• No food, hot drinks, glass, or street shoes are allowed on poolside. 
• Blue pool shoe covers must be worn at all times on poolside.
• Parents are NOT permitted to sit on poolside during lessons unless they have a child in Pre-School, or a child with Medical issues that have been confirmed with our Swim Co-ordinator.
• Photography and the use of mobile devices are prohibited on poolside or changing rooms to protect privacy and child safety.
• Punctuality is essential, as late arrivals may not be allowed into the pool to avoid disrupting the lesson.
• If a lesson is cancelled due to staff sickness or facility issues a catch up lesson or refund will be given.
• We have a changing room rule of 7 and over. This means, if your child is 7 or over, then they must get changed in their sex changing room. 
• We do have a swim school WhatsApp group, where all updates are posted. If you wish to be added then please contact Holly.
